For 16 years, I wore a badge in Colorado. I responded to calls, worked the shifts nobody wanted, and stood beside some of the most dedicated people I’ve ever known. Law enforcement wasn’t just a job — it was a calling. And when I eventually hung up that badge and stepped into real estate, I carried that identity with me.
I quickly realized something: the people I used to work alongside — cops, firefighters, paramedics, military families — often had the hardest time navigating the homebuying process. Lenders didn’t understand shift income. Agents couldn’t meet at 7am before a day shift. Nobody in the transaction really got their world.
So I built something that did.
